How do you get your CX 2FA code?

Google Authenticator A 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds in the app. Microsoft Authenticator Same idea, a rotating 6-digit code in the app. Mobile / SMS code CX texts you a code when you log in. Nothing to enter here.

Before you type your password: check the address bar reads loadlens.co.uk. That's the only place we'll ever ask for your CX login, never by email, text, or Telegram. LoadLens is independent and not affiliated with Courier Exchange or Transport Exchange Group.

Your password and 2FA code are encrypted, both in transit and at rest. We use them once to log into CX, save the session, and then discard the code, we never keep a permanent copy of your 2FA secret. Reply /forgetme any time and everything is wiped.

The bot never bids without you. Every quote starts when you tap a button on a specific load, and anything priced unusually gets a second confirmation before it's submitted. Full details at how we protect your login.

Your first bids are simulated, not real. We fill out the actual CX quote form and show you exactly what would have been submitted, but stop one click short of Submit until you switch on real bidding.

Why this is allowed. TEG's terms for Courier Exchange (TEG is CX's parent company) permit automated tools that operate at human-equivalent request rates. The specific clauses LoadLens is built around:

Clause 3.5(c): no reverse engineering or capturing raw protocol payloads. LoadLens reads the standard user-facing web interface only.
Clause 3.5(g): no systematic extraction beyond your own personal use. Every session is tied to one driver's own account.
Clause 3.5(i): no automated bots that create excessive server load. LoadLens enforces rate limits stricter than a human would naturally work, at least 60 seconds between searches, ~200 searches and ~30 quotes a day, and it never checks again for new loads sooner than every 5 minutes.
Clauses 11.1 & 11.3 / AUP: general acceptable use. The bot doesn't bypass authentication, scrape in bulk, or share one user's data with another.
